Making Your Hotel Reservation

We are currently overnighting in the town of Loreto, Baja CA though we occasionally stay in other pueblos as well. You can see where we are staying in on any specific trip by looking at the Trip Dates table on the home page of our website. Below is a list of hotels in each of the towns. We ask that you make your own reservations at the hotel of your choosing. Please be aware that the top hotel in the list below is the preferred location (most of the group will be staying there), though any of the hotels on the list will do. You may be able to make reservations through Expedia or other online travel sites, but calling the hotel directly will probably get you the best rate, especially if you go through our reservations contact in the preferred hotel. Please be aware of the various and sometimes restrictive cancellation policies at these hotels; many of them do not allow cancellations but some will allow you to use your payment for a future trip.

Signing Up for The Trip

To sign up for a trip, let your coordinator know the months that you are available. The coordinator will add your name to the trip list. You can view the list but you cannot add your name to it. Only your coordinator can add names. At the bottom of the current trip list is a link to a future trip list. You can sign up for a trip as far in advance as you would like, just let your coordinator know. When you joined you were, or will be, emailed a welcome letter and this will have a short URL that will let you view the trip list. If you don’t know which of the following sections you should be in, you are welcome to contact the president of the organization.
